Its signature Incheon Hyangto Jjajang (Incheon-style black bean sauce noodles) is crafted with the restaurant's own chunjang and seasonal ingredients, offering a richer, deeper taste than jjajangmyeon made with store-bought sauce. The restaurant also offers a vegetarian menu.
